1. Who we are

PikTrip (piktrip.com) is a hotel and accommodation booking website, built on the Nuitee Connect platform. Bookings made through piktrip.com are processed, and payment is collected, by Nuitée Travel Limited, a company incorporated and registered in Ireland (registered office: 4 Waterloo Rd, Ballsbridge, Dublin, D04 A0X3, Ireland), which acts as merchant of record for your payment. Your card or bank statement may show a charge from Nuitée Travel Limited rather than PikTrip.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By using piktrip.com to search for or book accommodation, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use piktrip.com. We may update these terms from time to time; continuing to use piktrip.com after an update means you accept the revised terms.

3. Making a booking

When you complete a booking on piktrip.com, you are entering into a contract with the property (hotel or accommodation provider) for your stay. You will receive a booking confirmation by email once your booking is complete — please check it carefully and contact us straight away if anything looks wrong.

You must provide accurate guest details. You are responsible for having valid identification for every guest at check-in, and for meeting any requirements set by the property, such as a security deposit or minimum check-in age.

4. Prices and payment

Prices shown on piktrip.com include the charges disclosed at checkout for your selected dates and room. Some properties or destinations may apply additional mandatory charges locally, such as a city tax, payable directly to the property — these are shown wherever the property discloses them to us. Payment is processed securely by our payment partner; PikTrip does not store your full card details.

5. Cancellations, changes, and refunds

Cancellation terms vary by booking and are shown before you confirm your reservation, and again on your booking confirmation. Where a booking is refundable within its stated policy, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Where a booking is non-refundable, or you cancel outside the allowed window, no refund will be due for that booking. If you need to cancel or change a booking, contact us at contact@piktrip.com and we will guide you through it.

6. Your responsibilities

When using piktrip.com, you agree to provide accurate information, use the site lawfully, and follow the property's own rules and policies during your stay. PikTrip may refuse or cancel a booking that appears fraudulent or made in breach of these terms.

7. Our role and liability

PikTrip provides a platform to search, compare, and book accommodation supplied by third-party properties through the Nuitee Connect network. We are not the owner or operator of any property listed. While we work to keep listings, pricing, and availability accurate, these are ultimately supplied by the property or our supply partners and can change. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PikTrip's liability in connection with a booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking, except where liability cannot be limited by law, for example in cases of fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Data protection

Any personal data you provide is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
